A Lovely Voluntary Medical Service Medal awarded to: Miss Charlotte Gladys Day. This medal is mounted with original ribbon on a single pin bar ready for wear then fixed to black card by the previous owner. His notes are hand written underneath which state : British Red Cross Society 1932. Awarded for 15 years service I have yet to expand on his research.
