WW1 medal pair awarded to R-8757 Pte.T. Addison. KRRC. These are also accompanied by a County Borough Of Bolton Coronation Celebration Medal 1937.
Also included is an interesting silver cased pocket watch dedicated to Thomas Addison Bolton. the watch is hallmarked for Chester 1873... so maybe his fathers watch handed down. The chain appears to not be marked as silver but it has got 2 keys to wind it up asnd adjust the hands. I have given it a small wind and it seems to run fine.
Interesting medal group with associated item. Lots of potential research for someone interested in either KRRC or sons of Bolton.
