A very nice Merchant Navy group of 7 (including Africa Star Clasp) to 40557 Harry Pavey. We have the War Medal, Italy Star, Pacific Star, Africa Star with Clasp : North Africa 1942-43, The Atlantic Star and 1939-45 Star. I have his Medal Entitlement slip, Generasl register of Shipping and Seaman Campaign Stars certificaste dated 1949 and his certificate of Efficiency As A Lifeboatman dated 14th May 1927.
I have done no further research on this Seaman but included is a ribbon bar for 6 medsals and his dress ribbon bar weith rosette on the Italy Star.
worthy no doubt of further research.
